Digital Marketing Specialist! We have an incredible opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team in Columbus, Ohio! This role is an ongoing freelance opportunity and must be onsite!

As the teams Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for updating and maintaining content on global websites and assist with various digital marketing tasks including, but not limited to: landing page optimization (A/B, Multivariate, etc), graphics editing, social media, and SEO. You will work closely with the Web Analytics Manager, reviewing site statistics to identify and implement improvements in order to boost lead conversions; improve SEO, and enhance their PPC and other inbound marketing efforts.

Ideally you have experience in a corporate web marketing setting and have a mix of content management, user experience design, social media, and SEO skills, as well as a desire to keep abreast of innovative B2B digital marketing trends. The position requires flexibility in working across multiple projects concurrently, with an ability to shift priorities to support cross-regional teams.

- You will support the creation and management of global digital marketing campaigns
- You will work with regional marketing teams to track and manage social media content across various channels
- You will support the development of various digital assets, including graphics
- You will monitor and update SEO meta data to improve natural search results globally
- You will contribute to improvements to architecture, navigation and information design of key sections of our global websites
- You will serve as an internal resource on social media and digital marketing best practices, staying abreast of industry changes, consistently sharing new insights with Digital Marketing team and regional constituents
- You will ensure all digital designs and content meet the style guide and graphics standards
- You will perform additional web marketing tasks as assigned
- You will use independent judgment and be initiative in time-sensitive situations to meet deadlines
- You will effectively organize, prioritize and follow-up on work assignments

- You must have a BA/BS and 3-5 years digital marketing work experience
- You must have 3-5 years digital marketing work experience
- You must have a working knowledge of CMS systems (required), preferably Adobe
- You must have proficiency with design programs including Adobe Creative Suite
- You must have knowledge of social media and SEO best practices
- You must have the ability to identify web-related technical problems and work with development team to troubleshoot
- You must have the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with others in a cross-functional team
- You must have a positive attitude, tactful, and a self-starting contributor with positive references from prior marketing/IT colleagues
