Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid

Firebrand are excited to be partnering with this leading financial organisation, on the search for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a big emphasis on managing Paid search.
This role will be to manage, execute and analyse all areas of digital marketing, including primary responsibility for paid online advertising across search, display and email channels
for their financial services multiple brands including to maximise lead generation for an efficient CPA.

Key emphasis:
• Engage in day-to-day relationship with key internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that online advertising is delivering the right volume and quality leads
• Manage Google Adwords, Bing and Facebook marketing accounts, budgets and relationships to optimise ROI
• Provide recommendations and manage strategies for paid search campaigns
• Achieving weekly and monthly targets for customer acquisitions
• Analysis, measurement and reporting to continuously make incremental improvements
• Ensure monthly budgets are spent in the most efficient channels
• Produce and enhance detailed monthly reporting of traffic, costs, conversions and ROI to management
• Analyse competitor campaigns & effectively manage Experian Hitwise tracking
• Continuous improvement through A|B testing of creative
• Manage execution of online display banner campaigns and budgets
• Identify sites, placements and publishers most appropriate for their target audience
• Brief agencies to develop banner advertising
• Tracking and analysis of results during campaigns
• Suggest and implement recommendations for improvements
• Contribute to offline media strategy to complement online activity
• Manage vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Continuous improvement through A|B testing of website content to improve conversion rates
• Manage eCRM campaigns to existing & prospective customers
• Explore new viable digital marketing channels to expand the current marketing mix
• Provide digital marketing strategy advice to internal team for applicable projects

Requirements

• Experience within a similar paid focus digital marketing role or from a search agency
• Strong hands-on paid search experience with a lead generation focus (2-3 years minimum)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and produce quality and timely results on budget
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with Google tools including Adwords and Analytics
• Some experience with creative & digital agencies to develop effective online advertising campaigns
• Desire to grow skills in execution and analysis of both online and offline marketing campaigns
• Passion for online marketing
• Strong attention to detail
• Organised and structured/process approach
• Persistence and tenacity to follow through
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
• Continuous learning and development
• Tertiary degree in relevant marketing or technical discipline
