Digital Marketing Specialist - Customer Loyalty

They have experienced phenomenal growth that is set to continue and are looking for an experienced hands-on digital marketing specialist to help drive the company forwards. As the team is expanding, the career progression opportunities are excellent if you are able to demonstrate strong retention and/or acquisition campaigns experience.

Your role:

Your main focus will be to increase the company’s paying customer base through strategic campaigns across multiple digital channels. Some of your key deliverables will be based upon the activation rate of new customers and the number of monthly paying users. Taking a data-driven approached to your campaigns/communications you must be confident using data and insights to inform your marketing strategy and method. Some key skills required for this role include:

  • Digital campaign management
  • Email automation / email marketing campaigns
  • Stakeholder management
  • Google Analytics, AdWords, Marketo, Salesforce and other related tools
  • A/B testing
  • Strong CRM management
  • SEM / Paid social
