Digital Marketing Specialist - Talent Acquistition

Aquent's Fortune 50 retail client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Talent Acquisition work a 6-12 month contract with high potential to go permanent, on-location in Charlotte, NC.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for the implementation of digital marketing campaigns that support enterprise business objectives across paid digital marketing channels such as search, display, video, affiliates, and social media.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Digital Strategist Manager, TA - with all aspects of digital marketing channel and campaign management, including:
•Day to day campaign coordination and execution
•Agency resource management
•Budget forecasting and management
•Vendor partnership planning and collaboration
•Competitive tracking and insight
•Campaign performance recaps and communication

To accomplish this, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work cross-functionally with both internal stakeholders and external agency teams on all aspects of digital marketing campaign planning and execution.

This is a key position in a dynamic and growing area within the company's talent acquisition organization. The successful Digital Marketing Specialist candidate will need a solid base understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, as well as strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Essential Responsibilities
• Collaborates with internal and external teams on campaign planning
• Manages the day to day digital marketing campaign execution
• Coordinates agency resources to deliver campaigns on time and accurately
• Maintains comprehensive view of channel/campaign calendar and budgets
• Assists with tracking, reporting, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns
• Attends cross-functional meetings to provide digital marketing SME
• Assists in invoice/billing for paid digital marketing programs
• Partners with Digital Strategist Manager, TA on channel/campaign strategy

Required Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Math, or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s of Business Administration or other advanced degree in related field
• 2+ years of related work experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
• 2+ years of large retail environment or advertising agency work experience
• Highly analytical, competitive, and results driven
• Experience in program/project management
• Experience working with marketing technology platforms/software
