Digital Marketing Project Manager, Federal Team

Aquent is currently seeking a seasoned Digital Marketer with specific experience marketing to FEDERAL CLIENTS. Awesome full time, long term opportunity with Fortune 500 Global client!

Job Title: Digital Marketing - Federal Team
Location: DC area candidates are preferred, however will be able to work remotely
Start Date: Immediate
Job Type: Long term, full time contractor role

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with key US Federal Health & Public Service marketing contacts to design and execute integrated, end-to-end digital marketing plans for awareness, customer centric, and opportunity centric marketing opportunities.

· Collaborate with team members to manage US Federal’s presence on client's website, including management of natural search optimization (SEO), content management, and section architecture.

· Assist in the management of US Federal’s paid search (PPC) campaigns to identify opportunities, drive click-through and conversion.

· Manage a robust online banner advertising program across multiple publishers; metrics tracking, analytics, publisher and creative optimization, and quality assurance.

· Work with central internet marketing team members and agencies in the physical production and execution of US Federal email marketing campaigns.

· Partner with central internet marketing teams to integrate social media tools as part of the overall digital marketing mix. Manage the content pipeline and distribution process for social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

· Measure and monitor digital activities to continuously optimize campaign performance, exceed goals, and drive conversion across integrated channels.

· Partner with analytics team members to analyze activity and performance data and produce actionable insights that drive digital marketing strategy, decision making.

· Manage agency relationships and monitor manpower consumption to deliver projects on time and on budget.

· Identify, document, diagnose, and resolve planning, implementation, and execution errors.

· Foster integration amongst cross-functional team members and agency partners to elevate US Federal’s digital marketing game (through sound strategy, effective multichannel marketing planning, multichannel integration, process and asset industrialization and innovative solutions).

Key Skills:

· Prior experience managing US Federal digital marketing initiatives is REQUIRED.

· Ability to work independently/autonomously

· Ability to manage a large project load of multidisciplinary projects

· Ability to prioritize, identify and raise conflicts, and problem solve to meet deadlines

· Ability to design and implement projects/programs to support a holistic analytics strategy

· Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance
