Digital Marketing Project Manager

The Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the online marketing communications projects for microsite development. This position project manages all of the content development for the sites, working with the stakeholders and the internal web team. This position is responsible to ensure projects are on time, in compliance and on budget.

Daily responsibilities
• Work with key stakeholders to facilitate review and approvals of content and creative assets for assigned projects.
• Provide instruction to the internal web team to ensure accurate content entry
• Facilitate proper review and approval of content with legal and compliance partners.

Required Skills:
Must have excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Essential Functions:
• Handle day to day logistics between units to ensure routine projects move forward promptly. Continually track project status against timeline
• Coordinate and route creative drafts/brief for team/client/stakeholder/functional partner review. Review project components to project deliverables to fulfill criteria outlined in the creative brief, and update project schedule in database to accurately reflect current status
• Provide updates to functional partners and teams as applicable (e.g. Communications Consultants, Brand Management, Creative Services, etc.)
• Ensure that final materials meet specifications and budget requirements with regard to printing, distribution and or processes
• Under direction, develops project work plans (including schedules and cost estimates) for routine projects and requests
• Provides relevant input to Creative Services and Operation and Production units to ensure completion within project parameters, including budget, schedule and compliance
• Demonstrate appropriate behaviors based on established best practices for efficiency, timeliness and accuracy
• Keep abreast of brand standards, regulatory and legal guidelines, market research, key competitive information, legislative issues and organizational goals
• Handle additional duties as necessary or assigned in support of the department

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, health care administration, operations health administration or other related field
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in specified technical area
• Minimum of 2 years of project lead and/or staff supervision experience
• Ability to determine key business issues and develop effective action plans from multi-disciplinary perspectives
• Ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Excellent leadership, project management and consulting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently demonstrates the knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally correct service to each other, to our members and to customers, contracted providers and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Project management experience in health care preferred
• Experience/knowledge with Microsoft Project preferred
• Experience/knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Aprimo
