Digital Marketing Project Manager

The campaign project manager will play an integral role in the success of DSM s overall campaign management process by managing the end-to-end completion of digital marketing campaigns, including facilitating campaign kick-off meetings, schedule creation, deliverables tracking, compliance approval routing, team coordination, issue tracking and resolution and communications. Project Managers will work in tight partnership with DSM s Marketing Strategy and Creative Development teams to develop executable programs for each of their assigned marketing management partners. In order to be successful, the campaign project manager will be expected to understand the underlying marketing program/campaign business objective in order effectively represent the business context of the program with execution partners. In addition, the campaign project manager will be required to develop and maintain successful partnerships with marketing manager and other key line of business marketing partners.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate timelines, arrange kick-off meetings and create calendars for campaign development/execution and ensure adherence.
- Effectively interface with Marketing Managers, Channel Execution Teams, Legal and Compliance, Lines of Business, and agency groups for creative development, approval, and upload process.
- Ensure adherence to all schedules across the end-to-end execution process.
- Proactively identify project/production issues and solve or escalate to avoid campaign delays.
- Ensure all assets are uploaded to our Marketing Resource Management tool in order to maintain a clear audit trail.
- Partnering closely with all internal and external teams to identify and recommend ongoing process improvements for planning, prioritization, creative development and email execution.
- Preparing and completing accurate email campaign documents for submission to 3rd party Email Service Providers, routing of test messages to LOBs for input and approval, and extensive QA of test messages.
- Partners effectively with one or more Marketing Manager to build understanding of marketing plans, strategies, priorities and LoB relationship dynamics.
- Develops strong partnerships with Marketing, Execution, Agency and Compliance teams to ensure collaboration and timely issue resolution in support of campaign project management.
- Mitigates conflicts & balances bottlenecks, as needed; keeps work/ projects running smoothly.
- Follows the defined project escalation process to ensure timely resolution of issues that impact project timing or quality.
