Digital Marketing Project Director

Formulate and direct the global marketing communications and aspects of the business project management for a global strategic initiative, assisting initiative business lead. Establish agency model with internal clients, external partners and key constituents on a global scale. Lead team of external & internal marketing communication professionals, and mobile health expert while influencing internal and external partners.


- Develop and align D2C and B2B marketing strategies to promote our client’s brand for the Mobile Health App, the online and offline customer experience

- Manage the project plan for business development activities by working with business lead and global marketing professionals.

- Create internal and external presentations for executive leaders

- Collaborate with strategic partner on co-branding strategies

- Execute strategies to build brand awareness and support the new business models

- Lead a matrix team, assigning and managing projects and tasks to meet established deadlines. This includes;

- Develop marketing communication project plans, creative briefs, production schedules, and budget estimates

- Coordinating brand placement and positioning decisions

- Securing final sign-off from subject matter experts, project owners, and legal

- Execute the marketing communication plan and business model development strategies working with internal and external partners

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize global launch sites, messaging and ongoing project rollout

- Ensures timely quality development, distribution and compliance of all deliverables for the project.

- Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of process/productivity improvement and administrative efficiency that will lead to cost reduction and competitive analysis.

- Manage high-ranking internal client relationships and translating project business objectives into marketing communications plans and business project plans

- Work in close coordination with other marketing teams (including teams owning B2B communication efforts) to ensure message consistency

- Working with market research, organize research initiatives that support the development of market messaging and product positioning

- Organize and manage compliance with branding standards

- In partnership with Public Relations, responsible for leading media opportunities

- Set and drive brand impression targets and Health App adoption

- Track campaign success and convert brand impressions into business case value

- Manage vendors and external strategic partners

- Global travel required
