Digital Marketing Program Manager

Our large, Fortune 500 financial/banking institution client seeks a Marketing Program Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns for Checking and Savings products.

This will include the execution of online & mobile marketing programs focused on increasing the number of quality Deposits accounts and Deposit account features (Checking, Savings, Debit Cards, Keep the Change, Direct Deposit). This role supports the Deposits Digital Marketing Strategic lead in approved marketing campaigns.

*This is a long-term contract position (12-18 months), on-site in Charlotte, NC.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Support the development and launch of integrated marketing strategies to drive online traffic, consideration, enrollment and use of these key products by prospects and customers.
• Leverage multiple online channels, including 3rd party paid display and search, email, ATM, targeted advertising within Online Banking, Mobile marketing, the bank’s web product pages, and social media.
• Partner closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure integration and innovation.
• Manage, test and learn opportunities to improve performance of digital creative assets.
• Drive creative development with agencies, driving concepts through governance approval processes and legal reviews.
• Provide ongoing and timely reporting and analysis of campaign performance and make recommendations based on this information.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in online, digital, or ecommerce marketing.
• Minimum 5 years Project management experience – working with cross-functional teams.
• Work well independently and in large group settings, handle multiple assignments, aggressive deadlines and complex approval processes.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, verbal and written skills
• Proven experience in partnering and communicating effectively with associates and leaders at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Experience in managing agencies to create compelling creative assets.
• Excellent MS skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Experience with online tracking and/or budgeting programs.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree required.
