Digital Marketing Program Manager

The Digital Marketing Program Manager will have an enthusiasm for and knowledge of digital marketing principles and goals, including web analytics, web site and mobile project management, use of new media, web site usability and functionality, search engine marketing and search engine optimization.

The Digital Marketing Program Manager is responsible for the set up of the web analytics tools, analysis and reporting of web site analytics, content analytics (Ektron) and testing analytics. This role will make recommendations to improve web site and mobile site engagement and conversion activity, working closely with the VP of Marketing. In addition, the Digital Marketing Program Manager will recommend new products for the web and mobile and project manage web sites and mobile sites and/or new features & functionality, and manage new media, applications and mobile site projects.

The Digital Marketing Program Manager will:

- Understand business drivers and make recommendations to support other teams in implementing optimization and conversion.

- Manage web site and mobile site projects, from product development through to launch and optimization, working with and assigning shared resources, developing formal project plans, cost trackers and other project management tools.

- Assist in management of user testing and web UI testing; analyze and recommend improvements for the customer experience and conversions.

- Work closely with content, marketing automation and web advertising teams for 360-degree view of web/mobile customer and conversion funnel.

- Be responsible for ongoing marketing projects assigned at the discretion of the digital marketing management.

Key responsibilities include discovery with stakeholders, navigation, recommend site structure, features, manage usability, assignments/oversight of assigned resources, which includes designer, writer(s)/SEO, schedule review sessions, status meetings, work closely with technology resources to project manage development work, keep project on time and on-budget. Write specification documents (marketing requirements).
