Digital Marketing Product Manager

Do you have a passion for all things digital? If so, we’re looking for a driven Digital Marketing Technology Lead (Product Manager) to join the Bank's Marketing Department for a 6 month assignment with potential for long term contract extension. The Marketing team is made up of marketing professionals ranging from Brand Strategy Associates, to Marketing Project Managers and Business and Data Analysts. The team is filled with an array of backgrounds from various industries with a true passion for marketing. Our team is focused on developing industry leading marketing for some of the newest and coolest products and features in the industry. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Technology Lead to bring a new set of skills and a new perspective to help take our team to the next level.

Responsibilities:
• Owner of technical setup, implementation and resource management for vendors. This includes responsibility for ongoing exploration of ways to improve accuracy rates for geo-location efforts.
• Works with a sprint team to research, reco, build and test new technologies for the bank
• Facilitates selection of the appropriate CMS option for the team that would facilitate our ability to serve up winning content from adobe target testing and avoid having to wait for IT releases.
• Serve as team lead in all IT related discussions to determine our content delivery network and the future state .com platform that will be built.
• Serve as the lead for site performance and customer experience functionality. This includes ongoing monitoring of the performance of site speed and working closely with IT to improve. It will also include developing chat functionality for customer servicing help and building out a consumer survey tool.
• Supporting project and campaign management needs of the channel
• Assisting channel analysts in reviewing campaign performance of digital channels and creating presentations & reports that drive optimization and testing
• Working closely with the team to shape marketing plans and intent for campaign development and execution

Qualified candidates must exhibit the following characteristics:

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• 2-3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns
• 1+ year of project management experience

Preferred qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaign
• 1+ years of experience with mobile and app marketing
• 2+ years of experience creating and analyzing channel performance reports
• 1+ years of experience managing 3rd party partners
