DIGITAL MARKETING PRODUCER
START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS (possible extensions)
LOCATION: SAN FRANCISCO
PAY: $40/hr

** A FORTUNE 500 BEAUTY COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL DIGITAL PRODUCER/PROJECT MANAGER! **

Responsible for end-to-end execution of all marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print and digital media. Clearly and actively communicates program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Activates and manages individual components of marketing campaigns across all digital channels including website, mobile, email, and social platforms, integrating with print, direct mail, in-store marketing and collateral.
• Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in the process.
• Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results; identifies risks and manages mitigation.
• Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital and Visual teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
• Routes all creative for stakeholder reviews; manages feedback cycles and revisions ensuring deadlines are met within number of allotted rounds
• Identifies all photo shoot needs across digital channels; partners with Creative team and Art Buying for photo shoot execution
• Facilitates shoot and retouching milestones between Creative, Retoucher and Studio
• Manages translations for CDA French versions of creative
• Monitors and advocates adherence to process; identifies means to integrate and improve efficiency between marketing and digital marketing teams

MUST HAVE:

• 3-5 years experience in program/account/marketing management
• Digital experience a must; Agency or retail experience preferred
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
• Passion for beauty brands

Our IDEAL candidate will have:
• 3-5 years experience in program/account/marketing management
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Digital experience a must; Agency or Retail experience preferred
• Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
