Digital Marketing Ops Manager

Come and work for an American Management Consulting Firm that has been ranked 1st by Vault in public sector consulting in 2014, and from 6th to 4th best technology consulting firm worldwide! Immediate need for a seasoned Digital Marketing Operations Manager to sit on-site in their Northern Virginia office. This is a full time contract.

The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will perform a mix of digital marketing, email development, management of various digital platforms, lead improvements, and website analytics. The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist will work within the Marketing and Communications’ Digital Channels team and report to the Digital Platform Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a marketing operations specialist for the Marketing and Communications’ Digital Team.
• Will support client's various digital platforms, including digital marketing platform refinements, maintenance, and HTML/JavaScript development and debugging
• Will support Eloqua related development (emails, campaigns, landing pages, etc.)
• Administer content management systems on Adobe Experience Manager (CQ5/AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Brightcove and Eloqua platforms.
• Develop analytics reports for senior management, including the research and analysis of site and social media data, using Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Compuware Gomez and Tableau.
• Work with outside vendors on improvements, user acceptance testing and deployment, etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum two (4) years of experience developing, updating, and maintaining web pages and using associated web page creation tools.
• Minimum two (4) years of experience using a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, web analytics, email marketing
• Should have HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge
