Digital Marketing Operations Manager

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading an organization responsible for providing best in class consulting and support for our digital product line. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 associates to ensure highest levels of program execution, efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

1. Knowledge of digital marketing, web optimization, and consulting in the automotive space.
2. Manage team of digital marketing advisors, web support specialists and other digital service providers to ensure product coverage and customer satisfaction. Coach team members in building relationships and developing digital strategies. Mentor direct reports in relation to handling specific program challenges, overall processes, practices, and standards, and provide other guidance as needed.
3. Manage the development and reporting of operational performance metrics, participation reports, open issue tracking and global issues tracking.
4. Manage and facilitate issue resolution and troubleshooting.
5. Work side by side with internal clients at major project kick offs to properly document client support and operational procedures to satisfy the overall program objectives.
6. Present operational status updates in face-to-face presentations to varied audiences; including leadership team, management, product, technology, sales and marketing.
7. Manage external partner service level agreements following established Partner Relationship Management (PRM) guidelines.
8. Drive the fulfillment and support of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and core team. Raise conflicts and resolution with the appropriate level of management engagement to build consensus.
9. Seek, recommend and implement efficiency and operational improvements.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises one or more employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Requires a bachelor’s degree with a combination of 7-10 years experience managing programs or in operations management. 2-5 years managing a support or consulting organization responsible for in-dealership digital processes, digital advertising, and website optimization.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Google AdWords & Advanced Search certifications preferred but not required.


MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE.
