Digital Marketing Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Our not-for-profit DC client that represents millions of union members is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that is bilingual in Spanish. Their current digital approach is continuously improving and expanding their online strategy and is in need of a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team!

Position
• Are you a conscientious, innovative self-starter enthusiastic about digital opportunities?
• Are you a responsive project management whiz with experience successfully juggling multiple, high priorities and delivering results?
• Can you quickly and effectively write compelling online content?

Responsibilities
1. Develop strategies and manage implementation (including writing) and tracking of multi-channel campaigns (primarily digital marketing) strategies
2. Plan, execute and track digital campaigns and outreach
3. Assist with web development projects and email campaigns as assigned.
4. Assist with all aspects of mobile strategy and implementation – including website optimization, mobile app development & tracking, mobile advertising, etc.

Position Qualifications
1. Four-year college degree in relevant discipline (e.g. communications or marketing)
2. At least three years of digital marketing experience – including social media, email, display and search advertising, website management, mobile site management
3. Excellent organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to key metrics
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and in team-oriented environment
7. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and quickly execute to meet goals
8. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, Excel and Acrobat.
