They are looking for an energetic, self-motivating rock star to develop content and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, acquisition and sales of Versa Product’s premium and distinct brands across all digital channels.

*Oversee digital analytics to set benchmarks, track success and refine strategies for website, mobile, social media, digital content and email marketing activity.

*Provide thought leadership and identify /implement best practice and trends for digital marketing, including analytics, SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media marketing and content amplification.

*Implement SEM strategy including paid and organic programs and SEO.


• Day-to-day management of all digital programs and campaigns, create and maintain a digital calendar of activity and content, ensuring total integration with platform, PR and experiential marketing.

• Create dashboard / performance reports for internal stakeholders, defining measures of success in earned, owned and paid digital media.

• Oversee social media channels and content amplification to drive brand presence and word of mouth online.

• Manage third-party SEM partner to improve keyword rankings through content optimization, landing page management, site optimization, and extensive testing; design and manage SEM campaigns, including ad copy testing; coordinate SEM campaigns with website promotions; develop and grow the keyword portfolio by data mining site analytics and conducting keyword research

• Create and execute SEO strategies to ensure first-page rankings for top keywords, incorporate SEO best practices into the website architecture and content, and deliver SEO audit to recommend plan to improve ranking

• Manage PPC, display and retargeting campaigns, perform keyword and budget research for potential new accounts. Lead and develop text ads, build out full keyword lists, etc. to prepare for product launches and promotions.

• Regularly monitor bids and budgets for all current client accounts, regularly optimize keywords, ad variations, bids and budgets as necessary.

• Research new optimization techniques to utilize on accounts and provide insightful monthly internal reports; meeting with sales, product development and management to review.

• You have at least 3-5 years’ of demonstrated success and experience in digital marketing, PPC and SEO, growing a brand’s presence, traffic and sales through paid, owned and earned digital media channels.

• Premium brand & web based company experiences a major plus.

• You have a proven track record in designing, executing and tracking successful digital marketing campaigns including: SEM / SEO email marketing, social media campaigns, display banner advertising, mobile marketing, content amplification, direct marketing. programs (online promotions, sampling, couponing), and e-commerce integration. Shows us how good you are!

• You have excellent knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr and Instagram, with a strong sense of different community behaviors and experience using social media to drive ROI and business goals.

• Must have solid understanding of Google Analytics and related tracking technologies and social media listening tools Advanced level of proficiency in Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics, AdWords Certification is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript
