Digital Marketing Manager (Mobile)

Position Scope:
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and analytical Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience in mobile acquisition. The role will be key in the management and optimisation of paid and non-paid user acquisition campaigns to drive performance in line with ROI targets. You will be an expert with excel, with strong quantitative and analytical skills.

In terms of background, you will have expert knowledge of mobile acquisition channels and strategies, a strong background in ASO and mobile monetisation and a track record in developing and implementing digital campaigns. In addition, you should have fluency with Google AdWords and ideally other international search engines (Yandex and Baidu would be a plus). Directly reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play an integral part of a highly analytical and data-driven team working to deliver growth for the business across a wide range of international markets.
You’ll own highly visible programmes and projects, develop and implement campaigns based on customer and business data, and measure and react to their performance.

Role and Responsibilities:
Overall definition of performance marketing strategy, ROI targets and budget together with Head of Marketing.
Directly managing mobile acquisition campaigns.
Profound knowledge of App store optimisation (ASO).
Search engine optimisation (SEO).
Managing of our mobile/web search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across 150+ countries in 12 different languages together with our external agency.
Run mobile push campaigns.
Direct relationship with our Google account team.
Display marketing and retargeting.
Attribution modelling to define ROI targets across different channels and countries.
Management of our traffic monetisation efforts via advertising across mobile and web.

Skills & Experience:
Ideally you will have an advanced degree in a related field and experience of working in a startup.
Considerable experience in B2C performance marketing (PPC/ASO/SEO/SMM/Retargeting, from strategy to implementation and monitoring) with large, international, multi-language campaigns.
Proven experience of website conversion optimisation.
Ability to drive clear, thoughtful analysis of ROI of customer acquisition programmes, plus experience in budgeting.
Excellent numerical, financial and analytical skills – you love numbers!
You will be a master at excel and other modelling and analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics.
Experience and proven success of working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
Additional language skills are preferable (especially German, Spanish, Russian or Portuguese and/or Turkish).
