Digital Marketing Manager (Contract)

This Digital Marketeer provides both strategy and tactical execution of key US digital initiatives,
Collaborating with an integrated team (Media, Advertising, Promotions, Packaging, Innovation etc.),
Brand / Customer Teams and Agency Network to establish a forward thinking digital strategy.

Major Accountabilities
•Champion Digital Marketing within the Organization, by providing strategic guidance, enabling
processes, and educating/inspiring our Marketers
•Partner with Marketing to develop digital strategies and roadmaps for key brands
•Consult in the day to day operations/performance of our paid, owned and earned assets.
•Oversee and provide strategic and executional guidance for offline and online integrated
marketing programs
•Drive discipline across the company by establishing and monitoring KPIs for digital activities
and fostering an environment of shared learning/best practices
•Lead the charge to train and develop digital-savvy Marketers, who have the knowledge and
desire to leverage new media
•Advise on industry trends and competitive marketplace benchmarking related to consumer
activation – both offline and online; identify the implications to our business.
•Foster strong relationships with key agency partners, including day-to-day management,
negotiating staffing and fee structures, etc. Identify new Agency partners who can help
advance our digital acumen

Required Experience

• 6-10 years of Marketing or Agency experience, preferably
with Consumer Packaged Goods or OTC background.
• 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience
• Experience with Agency Management
•In depth understanding of digital marketing including
website, SEM (SEO and PPC), banner, mobile, social
media, etc.
• Experience with Digital/Interactive Project Management (understanding of user experience, development timelines, testing strategies and establishing of KPIs) , social media management, managing website initiatives
•Understanding of website analytics reporting and setup.

Education:
Bachelors required, Masters Degree in Marketing preferred
