Digital Marketing Manager (CRM)

This is an outstanding and rare contract-to-hire opportunity with a very established and well known brand where the "customer is king" attitude prevails.
In this position, you will support all digital marketing for customer relationship marketing program and related loyalty programs for Canada and lead the CRM (customer relationship management)/Guest acquisition development for Canada, in alignment with the US Marketing team.

You will:
- be responsible for the marketing messages for the developing loyalty platform
- serve as project lead with agency partners and US project team as it relates to Canada.
- develop the app marketing plan for Canadian rewards programs
- support the marketing and merchandising teams managing the digital and social marketing channels through the monthly sales planning process
- provide guests insights from digital reporting
- direct external agency partners
- interact with multiple internal stakeholders and departments such as Digital Guest Experience, Corporate Communications, Legal and IT
- lead the ECommerce sales and marketing program
- develop, monitor and adjust the marketing plan to meet sales and user growth objectives.
- direct the agencies to support marketing and development needs, within budget.
- lead the analytics reporting and insights
- identify and recommend new business and marketing opportunities.

You should have:
- Bachelors / 4 year Degree
- Minimum of 3+ years of Form Text CRM, Loyalty Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing and Traditional Marketing experience.
- Proven ability to build business through loyalty insights and strategies
- Proven experience developing Ecommerce growth through outstanding marketing tactics
- Previous experience managing external vendors and agency partners.
- Strong marketing communication skills
- Ability to project manage for excellent execution and flexibility to shift as changing priorities require.
- Ability to influence across functional areas that do not directly report to him/her.
- A strength in analysis and insights to build loyalty and ECommerce business.
- Outstanding communication skills
- A "Can Do" attitude
