Digital Marketing Manager

Downtown San Diego start-up seeks Marketing Manager to help manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, web, and email. Ideal candidates will be very familiar with both digital and traditional marketing efforts and will have experience running campaigns and measuring the outcome. The Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to work with a variety of team members on real projects and be expected to bring new ideas to make us a better company every day. This is an onsite, full-time, contract-to-hire role.

Primary responsibilities:

Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotions across social media, web, and email platforms
Develop, maintain and optimize social marketing content schedule supporting both company and driver events, hiring opportunities, and content calendars
Monitor and engage with key audiences, managing the voice and presence of company on social media
Partner with regional recruiting teams to help support regional promotional efforts and organize social efforts across regions
Monitor and update regional websites and train new teams on processes
Partner with Media Buying team/agency on execution and optimization of Paid social buys. Test and optimize messaging, image/video options and posting formats
Partner with Research & Analytics team for deep-dive into owned and earned social reporting — content performance, user engagement and social listening
Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert to establish platform-specific social benchmarks, KPIs, creative best practices and rules of engagement
