Digital Marketing Manager

Join the leading, global coffee retailer HQ'd in Seattle and bring your CONSUMER FACING DIGITAL Ninja skills to the table by joining a winning team! We have an immediate need for a DIGITAL ROCKSTAR for a 12 month engagement (possible conversion to Partner upon fit and/or extension) and the team hopes to onboard asap. If you come from an agency environment or an internal marketing role and have experience in Consumer facing digital campaigns with BIG BRAND exposure apply NOW! This is fast moving role with a dynamic team and this position will be the face of Global Digital Marketing and the key connector between agencies (social, ad and media).

Manages relationships with internal creative teams, agencies, business owners, and vendors to develop integrated digital campaigns.
- Communicates digital marketing activities with other departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives.
- Ensures effective and timely development and execution of programs within defined budget constraints.
- Presents marketing strategies and creative to senior leadership and other departments.
- Leads cross-functional teams in support of digital marketing activities.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure digital marketing and communication initiatives are aligned with the global brand strategic direction.
- Tracks digital marketing performance, gathers consumer insights and analyzes program effectiveness. Shares findings with senior leadership and integrates findings into future marketing activities and initiatives.


SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

- Strategic planning and execution of digital consumer-facing marketing programs: 5 years.
- Relationship management with external agencies, vendors or business partners: 3 years.
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional or organizational groups.
- Social media strategy/creative management.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
