Digital Marketing Manager

I’m hiring for a global leader that produce word-class products and have significantly grown since their inception.

The role is based in their impressive, state of the art offices that really have that ‘wow’ factor.

Primary Role Objective:

- Develop, execute, and steward integrated digital marketing strategies/plans designed to optimize engagement, leads, sales and competitive position (as applicable)
- Lead team of three Digital Marketing Specialists, digital writers, UX Architect/designers in the creation of digital assets, project management of campaign and site centric initiatives.
- Drive best practice digital experiences that showcase their innovation story, amplify their product stories globally and contribute to overall brand and sales goals.

Experience Required:

- 8-10+ years digital marketing program/project management experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or equivalent
- Articulate, an exceptional communicator (both written and oral), as well as culturally intelligent and aware
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing and motivating delivery teams
- Corporate and/or comparable agency side experience in complex organizations that require collaboration across disciplines and geographies
- Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and industry trends particularly pertinent to social media, web content, Search & UX
- Good understanding of web projects and implementation methodologies
- Strong understanding Content Management Systems
- Experience with web analytics tools; ability to glean and share insights with a broad audience.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify areas of improvement with little direction
