I am very excited to be working with one of Australia's most dynamic media businesses. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join them for 12 months. The role will be pivotal in leading the strategy development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns to various audiences across multiple digital channels.

Role Objective:

The Digital Marketing Manager, as a key member of the Marketing team, leads the strategic development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across the entire brand portfolio to various audiences across multiple digital channels. These channels include owned assets, web content, mobile, SEM, SEO, CRM, social media and other channels as identified. This role works very closely with key stakeholders, the consumer marketing team and National Marketing Director to maximise listenership, audience acquisition, retention and loyalty.

Some key responsibilities include:

- Develop the digital marketing campaign strategy across ARN’s national portfolio of brands.
- Partner with the digital content team on the management of digital branding elements and driving campaign and content development, across multiple digital and social media channels
- Ensure consistent and brand-aligned messaging across all online touch points
- Work with relevant internal teams to execute campaigns
- Provide functional expertise to quickly accelerate the digital capability of the Marketing team
- Campaign evaluation - measure campaign performance against agreed KPI’s
- Analyse and optimise digital marketing related campaign performance in the various channels and provide insights and key learnings to relevant teams
- Continuously identify and review best practice, ensuring it is adopted and shared

You will have:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role (preferably in media/agency)
- Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or related discipline are essential
- Solid experience and understanding across all platforms – mobile, social, on-line, SEO, SEM, CRM
- An innovative thinker with great communication skills
- Experience in creating great brand strategies and marketing plans
- Ability to lead and influence key stakeholders across the business
- Exceptional project and time management skills
- Accountable, driven, self-motivated, results and outcome focussed
- Enjoy the challenge of a fast moving environment
