Digital Marketing Manager

Our large credit card client located on the Wilmington, DE waterfront seeks a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12-month assignment (full time hours, great benefits available!).

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the strategy, tactics, creative positioning, execution, and optimization of all digital acquisition campaigns and digital touch-points. Acquisition channels include Display, Email, Paid and Organic Search, Paid Social and Affiliate. Responsible for driving the campaign launch calendar and implementing key control points for compliance.

In this role, you will:
• Work with a new partner brand, and manage new outside agency
• Present marketing plans, provide updates on top initiatives and key performance indicators
• Lead all digital media initiatives (Display, PPC, Affiliates, etc.) efforts
• Work closely with other channels (Direct Mail, Retail, etc.) to promote cross channel pollination and monitor program results
• Implement and measure campaigns to maximize channel performance
• Provide clear direction and feedback to achieve business objectives


Required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years direct response online marketing experience required, with a proven track record of leading acquisition initiatives. Financial services industry preferred
• Expert knowledge in Digital paid media including PPC, Display, Affiliates and Social
• Experience leveraging web traffic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.)
• Experience leading landing page optimization campaigns (A/B and MVT)
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well with vendors, partners, cross-functional teams
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills
• College Degree preferred
