Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a go getter that likes the fast pace of working in a small team environment? Do you have a maniacal desire to build your brand? The Marketing Manager role will develop, plan and execute holistic marketing plans with responsibilities as follows:

Marketing
Own overall marketing plan to drive brand awareness and company growth
Manage lead generation in key industries to boost sales
Develop and maintain marketing automation activities including marketing lists, mailing lists, etc.
Work closely with the VP of PM and Marketing to develop brand and communication strategies that meet the behavior, emotion and recognition objectives of the company
Develop marketing collateral, tradeshow materials and sales and marketing presentations
Assist in sales support activities; including company or use case research, testimonials and validation
Craft PR plan, press releases and maintain marketing calendar of events
Create Social Media plan, mine content and implement posts that engage our customers and followers
Develop key positioning for all audiences to communicate our core brand identity
Develop customer and partner communications and manage regular newsletters and touch points
Write and support product documentation for developers, partners and ongoing communications
Serve as liaison for advertising agencies, freelance talent, print suppliers, and other marketing services
Coordinate events, speaking opportunities, award submissions and trade shows; including webinars
Foster relationships with industry analysts and marketing partners
Manage promotional activities
Gather customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to implement marketing plan changes as needed
Assist with SEO and web site presence
Contribute to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member
Assist with and perform any other duties as needed

Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs and service offerings
Research editorial and speaking opportunities, awards and promotional activities and assist in building relationships with key industry media
Assist in the development of promotional strategies and product development
Performs related work as required
Required Skills
Highly organized multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects at once
Exceptional writing and communication skills; both internally and with customers, vendors and partners
Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and background in Adobe CS suite beneficial
Knowledge of social media practices and tools
Prior experience with Pardot or other marketing automation systems
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Prior experience writing press releases, product collateral and posting to social media sites a plus

Experience
5+ years working in dynamic marketing role. Knowledge of wireless and location is a plus.
