Digital Marketing Manager

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager who excels at marrying a data-driven approach with direct marketing principles to recommend and execute loyalty and retention marketing programs.

This is a mid-level role. 5-8 years experience desired.

• Directs the development and execution of market plans, new product launches, enrollment and retention strategies, advertising, and ongoing member communications for regional and national stakeholders.
• Ensure the brand is well positioned and represented across all communication platforms.

--> Job Functions:

• Serves as a direct marketing subject matter expert and provides guidance on strategy and execution to cross-functional program teams; contributes heavily to integrated marketing plan development.
• Manages implementation of complex, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns to support key organizational goals.
• Scope includes creative development, regulatory compliance, media buys, analytics and reporting design, and test-and-learn agendas (A/B, significance, and multivariate analysis).
• Develops/writes campaign briefs and works with internal and/or external agency partners to develop creative executions;
• Manages timelines, budgets, reports & proactively resolves variances.
• Develops and validates ballpark estimates with vendors and internal clients.
• Reviews marketing materials and coordinates editing process with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Resolves competing input and recommends positive, mutually satisfying options that move work forward.
• Works with internal team to request and manage data requests. Ensures marketing lists are accurate to campaign and reporting needs; proactively identifies risks and optimizes processes when necessary to ensure successful executions.
•Provides best practice recommendations for strategy and execution in all key direct marketing channels (email, direct mail, online, telemarketing, etc.)

•Routinely organizes workgroups, leads meetings and presents to internal audiences.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience developing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels in an agency or corporate marketing environment.

Education BS degree required - MS Preferred
