Digital Marketing Manager

This marketing management position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of digital Lead Generation programs to target marketing efforts for ROI and improve sales outcomes for our client. This is a one-month coverage position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for generating and capturing sales leads with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
• Design and optimize online advertising campaigns, search marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC), email, tradeshow, referral, social, and other forms of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Optimize lead flow from initial touch through CRM integration. Familiarity with Pardot and NetSuite required.
• Manage drip campaigns and lead activation using appropriate marketing tools.
• Work across marketing, creative, and technology teams to build and manage marketing campaigns.
• Develop processes, tools, programs, databases, and scripts to improve performance.
• Track key metrics such as conversion rates and run A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Experience witrh Analytics and Reporting (funnel analysis) in order to optimize marketing spend and improve performance.
• Perform strategic analysis Provide weekly reports on current prospect status, lead sources, and overall performance.
• Preferred: Experience with Email Marketing (automation/email marketing campaigns using enterprise level ESP/marketing automation software (ExactTarget, Pardot, Eloqua, Dotmailer, Intercom, etc).
• Preferred: The ideal candidate is someone who has successfully implemented lead generation, lead scoring and lead nurturing programs

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Works cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer service and data analysis teams to drive Lead Generation and Marketing projects and programs. Reports to Senior Director of Marketing. No direct or indirect reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
• Proven success in translating business requirements into marketing/creative strategies
• Analytical mindset and the ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Capability to determine new and unique solutions to accomplish traditional business and marketing requirements
• Ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize activities, advocate courses of action, and pursue consistently to completion
• Expert on database marketing concepts around segmentation and targeted campaigns
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint programs
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Flash, and HTML preferred but not require
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to dig into the details.

• Possesses the physical stamina, drive, and perseverance to handle pressure well.
• Committed to making the project a success.
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with nominal supervision.


2) Minimum certifications/educational level:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline required.

3) Minimum experience:
3-5 years of prior related experience.
