Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Cultural Engagement team to develop vision, marketing strategies and campaigns to grow Millennial and multicultural audience through digital channels
- Work closely with other internal teams including Media, Social, Product, Areas, etc. to align with the marketing direction for all segments
- Supervise creative agencies to develop best-in-class content across digital properties, including but not limiting to display ads, videos, audio, SEM, etc.
- Work with creative and media agencies to measure, report, and improve performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain cutting-edge digital marketing knowledge and able to identify trends and insights
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of cultural nuances across Millennial, Hispanic, Asian American, African American, etc.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3 years in managing creative or media agencies
- Exceptional knowledge of digital trends and marketing tools pertinent to driving digital audience growth
- Proven ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and team orientation
- Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean speaking required.

Business Justification:
- Highly skilled: Current multicultural creative team does not possess the expertise to take over digital marketing component
- Cultural sensitivity: Current digital creative team members don’t have a good grasp of multicultural nuances nor speak different languages
