Digital Marketing Manager

AQUENT is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for an awesome opportunity in the RVA!

In this role you will:

• Brief creative teams and oversee the development of creative assets within a standard marketing process, ensuring that marketing materials are on brand, high quality and unassailable
• Manage work from a process standpoint during the creative build and escalate marketing and process issues to Brand Manager for resolution
• Manage input from cross-functional stakeholders (business partners, creative team, legal, compliance etc.)
• Optimize marketing strategies based on past results, market changes and consumer insights
• Handle various project-oriented tasks as needed such as process improvements, claim substantiation and competitive research.
• Share channel learnings and partner across the organization to manage projects related to digital channels
• Engage in media planning process to anticipate and identify upcoming creative development needs.
• Make strategic recommendations that drive lead generation, engagement, and credit card account growth
• Drive insights and learnings that fuel the Digital channels learning agendas
• Experience writing creative briefs and working with creative teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight timeframes
• 3-5 years’ work experience in large, nuanced marketing organization
• Microsoft Office knowledge including PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Experience
• Experience working in Social, Display, SEM and/or Affiliates channels
• Working understanding of Teradata, SiteCatalyst, Social Listening tools (Synthesio, etc)
