Digital Marketing Manager

Fashion client is looking for an experienced, talented and pragmatic leader who will drive sales growth and customer acquisition online with their operational expertise and data driven consumer insight. The role will focus on online sales growth, by achieving a best in class experience in site navigation, site content, customer experience and online marketing. This role is temp to perm.

Responsibilities:

-Drives online sales growth, both in the US and internationally.

-Defines and executes online expansion strategy, focusing on Asia and Europe.

-Takes overall ownership for the Online P&L, with specific ownership of sales and marketing and development costs.

-Responsible for driving online traffic and customer acquisition via SEO, SEM, Affiliates, A/B testing, email campaigns and other targeted online marketing. Plans and meets cost per acquisition targets.

-Tests landing pages and e-mail blasts to improve conversion performance.

-Drives conversion and retention by optimizing the customer experience online. Works closely with technology department on site UX and friction points.

-Performs ongoing website testing to ensure effective evolution of site design, content and functionality, liaising with the creative team for visual input and content.

-Identifies relevant metrics and directs data analysis. Interprets results and reacts with appropriate strategies.

-Daily and weekly reporting and review of key metrics.

-Constantly performs competitive analysis to ensure well rounded understanding of the market. Shares this data with all relevant departments to implement new strategies and site functions.

-Coordinates with PR and creative departments on social media strategy to maximize brand engagement, customer acquisition and sales.

-Proactively reports successes, inconsistencies, and underperformance of key marketing strategies and initiatives.


Requirements:
• 4 year degree in marketing or related field of study
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in E-commerce and/or Marketing
• Fashion industry experience a plus
• Team player
• Able to meet deadlines
