Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of digital media specialists (SEO, Social and Email Marketing). He/She will lead digital initiatives for the in-house advertising agency with the objective of supporting multiple distribution channels, product lines, and programs to achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead data-driven decision making process and optimize campaigns based on marketing results to positively impact key metrics.
• Oversee social media efforts in New Jersey and collaborate on enterprise social media initiatives.
• Develop and manage company’s Search Engine Optimization strategies.
• Serve as lead resource in development of company’s public website and related micro-sites.
• Work with direct marketing team on PPC and digital advertising campaigns.
• Serve as a resource in the development of company’s mobile platforms.
• Head up efforts to continually optimize Web presence (main sites, micro-sites, etc.) from a usability perspective and in support of sales and service objectives.
• Build and motivate skilled team that can take on all external agency functions.
• Maintain knowledge of agency trends and best practices.
• Possess negotiation skills for media buying.

Education and Experience:
• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in digital communications. At least half of this experience should be in management roles.
• Robust experience in measuring and optimizing creative/communication campaigns.
• High degree of computer literacy and knowledge of multi-media environments, with at least 2 years spent managing the production of Web communications (site content, emails, social media, and/or advertising).
