Digital Marketing Manager

AQUENT is currently recruiting for a Digital Direct Response Marketing Manager!

In this role you will:

Consult on marketing intent in order to drive brand health and deliver business results for the enterprise. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that intent is correctly maintained throughout the creative process and aligns with overall channel strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong marcomm skills, should be comfortable working within a cross-functional team, and be able to identify enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities:
•Represent Brand Marketing Strategy and provide channel expertise in cross-functional scope shaping sessions
•Ensure work is strategically aligned with business intent as well as creative brief
•Oversee the development of creative assets within marketing process, ensuring that marketing materials are on brand, high quality and unassailable
•Develop creative briefs and lead work through internal creative resources
•Manage input from cross-functional stakeholders (business partners, creative team, legal, compliance etc.)
•Escalate marketing and process issues to Brand Manager for resolution
•Optimize marketing strategies based on past results, market changes and consumer insights
•Leverage new data and trends in the industry to identify new opportunities for growth
•Create recommendations for new testing options

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelors Degree
•3 years of marketing communications, advertising and/or public relations work experience
•Proven experience in digital campaigns, particularly Search Engine and Social marketing
•Familiarity with Google AdWords, Facebook and Twitter platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
•Keen process orientation and ability to work independently to resolve problems
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight timeframes
•Product or Project management experience a plus
•Experience working with creative teams
•Ability to influence cross-functional teams within an organization
•Experience across multiple search engines
•Ability to read, analyze and communicate results and insights
•Experience with building PowerPoint presentations to communicate intent and complicated stories simply
