We are looking for a phenomenal Digital Marketing Manager for our Fortune 500 financial services client - this a 7-month contract position in downtown Chicago. This individual will be reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing and will play an integral part in digital marketing analysis, strategy, lead generation, and creating the online road-map that align with the overall brand/customer experience.

Main functions and responsibilities:
- Proactively interpret and analyze digital marketing data and apply that knowledge to the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage the implementation and sustaining of initiatives – optimizing effectiveness to ensure ongoing success and profitability.
- Work with business groups and corporate marketing to develop, and execute digital marketing strategies that optimize customer experience.
- Develop and execute a complete, end-to-end online customer lifecycle (funnel, public, private, mobile, social, etc) to determine where campaigns/initiatives are successful and leverage this information to optimize customer acquisition and renewal.
- Work with internal digital groups to ensure the campaigns are designed to meet retention and ensure effectiveness of campaign performance.

Must-haves:
- B.A. in marketing, business, or related field - MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, included managing teams and strategy
- Experience working on B2B, retail, financial services, investment mutual, and/or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of and experience with SEO, web, social media, mobile, and channel marketing.
- Be a proactive leader with proven, and relevant experience
- A great communicator, teamplayer and collaborator.
- Experience with developing, maintaining and growing customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, and growing environment.
