Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital transformation and digital marketing strategy for our client, a Health Management company.

We are looking for an ambitious, analytically minded individual with a strong background in digital marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize the digital footprint and marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
 Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
 Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

 Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search and SEO.
 Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
 Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
 Managing the redesign of the company website.
 Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
 Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
 Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
 Providing weekly and monthly reports for all metrics tied to lead generation
 Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
 Recommending new repeatable processes or changes to existing digital marketing practices to increase demand generation, nurturing and converting

PROBLEM SOLVING/DECISION MAKING

 Ability to analyze critical business situations and make appropriate decisions on short deadlines.
 Strategic thought leader on various projects and initiatives that impact key business outcomes.

ACCOUNTABILITY/SCOPE/DIMENSIONS

 Performs a variety of tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
 Strong team player – working closely with the Content Marketing team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Leads and directs the work of others (agencies, vendors, internal teams)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
 6+ years of marketing experience required
 Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
 Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
 Excellent project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 Effective collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
 Ability to build strong personal relationships and motivate people to support specific programs
 Desire to play a key role in the growth of an innovative organization
 Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours, when essential to meet deadlines or in accordance with key projects

COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS

 Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to synthesize information and communicate it in an accurate and compelling manner both verbally and in writing

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Expert user of digital / web tools, social media platforms and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua and Hubspot.
 Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, HTML and PowerPoint
 Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
