Digital Marketing Manager

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will develop our client's digital marketing strategy and execution plan. You will be responsible for growth in web traffic, response to online content and pipeline creation using a variety of marketing tactics including SEO, paid and social media, virtual events and e-nurturing campaigns. You will optimize and enhance marketing strategies to deliver a world class digital experience for our customers and prospects while achieving tangible business results in support of company growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of collaborating with sales and product marketing teams defining, prioritizing, and executing the right mix of online marketing initiatives that translate into solution demand and sales pipeline for an enterprise software company.

Essential Functions:

  • Plan, develop and execute global digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, digital asset development and social media
  • Manage interactive agencies in delivering digital campaigns that include destination micro-sites, online ads, social networking extensions, mobile, and new media deliverables
  • Optimize web offer strategy and test collateral, videos and other content to maximize traffic and increase lead conversion rates
  • Work with content owners and stakeholders to create and update web content ongoing in order to deliver an up to date online presence for customers and prospects
  • Document and demonstrate tactics using site maps, directional wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes
  • Be a voice for the online customer, and ensure solutions are relevant, intuitive and effective
  • Identify audience engagement strategies
  • Define measurement plans (i.e. KPIs, web analytics, social media monitoring, surveys, etc.) across all mediums
  • Analyze and compile data and present it in a professional manner

  • Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-4 years digital marketing experience
  • Ability to manage a project to meet timelines, deadlines and financial goals
  • Ability to track, manage and report effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics as well as marketing and sales automation tools such as Marketo and
  • Experience with SEO, SEM and digital media (including paid search)
  • Experience with social media marketing in an Enterprise B2B environment
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with different levels within and outside of the organization
  • Experience influencing and facilitating cross-functional teams
  • Skilled with PC’s and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing Enterprise-level business software.
  • Experience in targeted Industry Marketing (vertical messaging)
