Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop and optimize their website and bring new ideas to the table. As part of our corporate digital marketing team, the candidate will have an exciting opportunity to partner with marketing teams across multiple medical technology product lines as they seek to help various audiences learn about their brands, explore solutions and ultimately become a customer.

In the first year they will get to help manage our global website migration to a new content management system platform.

We are looking for a highly organized, super sharp, digitally savvy candidate that is skilled with problem solving and proactive with bringing new ideas to the table and justifying the business care for new initiatives. The candidate should have 2-5 years experience in website management, community management, digital marketing or marketing communications. • Develop product line specific personalization and lead generation strategies
• Become a software expert on our content management system and understand capabilities in order to help build a roadmap
• Manage standards and processes related to our website and customer portal
• Help develop business requirements for new web initiatives in collaboration with marketing stakeholders across the company
• Maintain website taxonomy and site map
• Collaborate on search engine optimizaton strategies.
• Have constant awareness of revenue attributed to website and an understanding of reasons behind fluctuations in lead generation and/or revenue generation

• Establishing and leading the execution of digital initiatives
• Experience with software used to manage websites or other marketing software (CRM,, CMS, LMS)
• Business analyst type experience a plust
• Understanding of personalization and segmentation
• Search Engine Optimization
• Familiarity with website architecture
• Managing standards, workflows and establishing processes to maintain standards


• Commitment to data and making information-based decisions and recommendations
• Strategic mindset and ability to develop and present creative solutions to meet business objectives
• Leadership skills and persuasion as this role will often partner and present to diverse groups
• Collaborative working style and ability to work with developers, graphic designers, IT and marketing teams
• Strong communication skills and confident style of presenting
• Project Management and extreme organization

Technical skills

• CMS Experience - Tridion, Ingenioux or other CMS software
• Marketo or other marketing automation system
• Development skills a plus
• Business process analyst skills
