Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager ( contract to hire) the three core components of the role and your day to day are below for you to review. Between all channels of digital ( affiliate, lead generation and analytics) a focused analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions based on data is key to your success in addition to the department. 3-6 YEARS of experience.

1. Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns for generating and capturing sales leads with the goal of increasing product awareness and increasing sales and profits.
• Design and optimize online advertising campaigns, search marketing (SEO, SEM), email, tradeshow, referral, social, and other forms of marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Work across marketing, creative, and technology teams to build and manage marketing campaigns.
• Manage drip campaigns and lead activation using appropriate marketing tools.
• Develop processes, tools, programs, databases, and scripts to improve performance.
• Track key metrics such as conversion rates and run A/B tests to optimize performance.

2. Industry Publications
• Develop and manage relationships with industry publications and associations.
• Coordinate ad buys and partnership opportunities.
• Manage ad creation and placements.

3. Analytics
• Perform strategic analysis in order to optimize marketing spend and improve performance.
• Manage prospect lists and list purchases.
• Optimize lead flow from initial touch through CRM integration. Familiarity with Pardot and NetSuite preferred.
• Provide weekly reports on current prospect status, lead sources, and overall performance.

4. Marketing Management
• Develop, plan, and manage ongoing and future marketing programs as needed, including both digital and/or print.
• Develop programs and content to garner lead interest and cement enduring customer loyalty.
• Assist Marketing team in planning, budgeting and execution of related programs.
