Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and optimizing all interactive Acquisition and Customer Engagement programs. Expert level experience in online/interactive/digital direct marketing program development through execution is required. Proven experience managing successful digital advertising, email and mobile marketing programs. As the right candidate for this position, you will have a history of building strong working relationships across internal teams, including marketing, IT and data teams.

· Partner with senior management, internal groups and colleagues to develop email marketing strategies, review findings and report on results, making recommendations about campaign effectiveness & decisions thereafter.

· Manage the developmental process and review of all creative assets. Obtain all necessary approvals.

· Drive problem-solving and decision making processes in the event of delays or issues with the deployment or execution of campaigns, while engaging appropriate stakeholders as necessary to come to decisions and create solutions

· Act as a functional expert and internal consultant to other marketing/distribution departments regarding best practices for email components of campaigns
· Integrate interactive, targeted communications and programs with direct mail and other offline promotional programs

· Perform program and campaign analysis using query tools; continually testing, analyzing, and optimizing target criteria, content, landing pages, forms, etc. to increase open, click, lead, and application rates and exceed expectations.

· Provide comprehensive reporting for all digital customer engagement efforts; producing compelling reports (using Excel and PowerPoint) for senior management audience.
