Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading retailer across Australia, and has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the digital and social marketing communications.

The Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating a seamless customer experience across our digital platforms
- Website front end management, including campaign and product development
- Ownership of website CMS for all products and responsibility for all banner content displayed
- Bring to life activity on their websites to include social and rich content formats
- Develop and deliver digital and social marketing communications and campaign strategy
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns activities across paid Search (SEM & SEO), social media and mobile marketing
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Ensure the positioning is in line with the other brands, products and services
- Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships to ensure success

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A depth of experience in digital marketing and social media
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related field
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading national through the line campaigns (including new product introductions) in digital channels
- Demonstrated Customer Marketing and/or Product Marketing experience
- Good understanding of customer engagement and relationship management in digital channels
- Experience in developing and managing of digital communities and their lifecycle
- Depth of understanding of website design, architecture and operation including content management inputs
- Demonstrated project management experience
