Do you love to drive traffic to website? Are you a marketing guru who's able to "hang" with the devs and engineers?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 company in Seattle.
Ideal candidate would have experience working on marketing strategy and advertising campaign for national/international e-commerce or consumer-facing websites to drive brand awareness and customer conversion.
Must have experience managing the creative process and driving marketing strategy around it. Must have experience managing an external agency, or have worked for an agency.
Being able to communicate ideas and present in front of Sr Execs and VPs is a MUST.

Some of the main responsibilities include:
o Create and manage digital campaign strategies that drive the business by respecting the conventions of digital channel use and customer behavior.
o Gather, synthesize and apply digital insights to inform campaign strategies. Develop campaign success metrics, and track performance against goals and budget.
o Recommend strategy and tactics to senior management. Evaluate, prioritize and lead decisions regarding new content/digital partnership/tactical opportunities based on financial viability (ROMI), brand fit and value to the greater seasonal campaign. Identify and leads integrated programs in collaboration with product, marketing and advertising teams.
o Initiate and lead appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver campaign objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners. Leads discussions and presentations with cross-functional senior leadership teams.
o Communicates digital activations to business partners and stakeholders, field teams and departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with:
o Strategic vision, passion, and practice leading digital initiatives that drive integrated channel and campaign strategies.
o Successful track record managing large-scale website, mobile, web, video, social media, and paid digital campaigns. Experience defining creative and media strategy from brief through execution. (5+ years).
o Effective brand or product management with detailed budget responsibility (5+ years).
o Led development and deployment of digital components of high-profile product/campaign rollouts (5 years).
o Media/creative agency management, external agencies, vendors or business partners (5 + years).
o Leading and facilitating cross-functional or organization groups (5 years).
