Digital Marketing Manager

This role contributes to brand success by leading the strategy and development of innovative digital marketing programs that drive brand engagement, product affinity and sales. Talent will develop strategic assessments and go-to-market plans for promotions and manage projects against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Creates and manages digital strategy plans for promotional/seasonal campaigns, including developing and tracking appropriate success metrics, goals and budgets.
- Recommends strategy and tactics to senior management. Evaluates, prioritizes and leads decisions regarding new content/digital partnership/tactical opportunities based on financial viability (ROMI), brand fit and value to the greater seasonal promotion. Identifies and leads integrated programs in collaboration with other product and marketing teams.
- Initiates and leads appropriate cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with strategic industry and cross-functional partners. Leads discussions and presentations with cross-functional senior leadership teams.
- Communicates marketing activities with other business units, field teams and departments on a regular basis to ensure integration and support for programs and initiatives. Ensures that established processes are communicated, understood and followed by key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strategic vision, passion and practice leading digital initiatives that drive integrated, multichannel promotions and campaigns.
- Successful track record managing large-scale website, mobile, web video, social media, and paid digital campaign programs (creative, media (display and SEM) from strategy through execution (5 years).
- Effective brand or product management with complex budget responsibility (5 years).
- Lead development and deployment of the online components of high-profile product/campaign rollouts outside the United States (5 years).
- Media/creative agency management, external agencies, vendors or business partners (5 years).
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional or organization groups (5 years).

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Organization and planning skills
- Strong presentation/communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive projects independently
- Quick but informed decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of gross margin, financial planning, forecasting, assortment planning and inventory management
- Ability to influence others
