Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is a large financial institution in Charlotte, NC and they are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12+ month contract role. This Digital Marketing Manager job is 40 hours a week, health benefits and 401K offered. The Digital Marketing Manager will independently initiate and/ or leads ATM marketing channel trafficking initiatives and supports projects. The Digital Marketing Manager​ will work closely with business partners in creating new e-Commerce/ ATM products and implementing new marketing approaches. This Digital Marketing Manager role will help support Digital Marketing go-to-market efforts across multiple lines of business including but not limited to Digital Marketing tactics and enterprise initiatives 

The Digital Marketing Manager must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. The Digital Marketing Manager​ must have Digital Marketing experience in order to execute, communicate, analyze and report on performance results for executive presentations. This position requires strong attention to detail and the skills to interact with technology and associates throughout the organization. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an undefined space and be a team player, willing to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve and is a creative thinker, who brings new ideas to the table. 

Required for Digital Marketing Manager: 
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the financial services or ad agency with proven problem solving, data driven background, with demonstrated marketing or production experience 
• Proven experience in an undefined, complex, customer driven environment 
• Experience in leading development of compelling creative assets across digital marketing channels 
• Builds partnerships and collaborates across teams to achieve sustainable results 
• Ability to think strategically but also plan and execute on tactical actions to support business goals 
• Excellent communication and writing skills (with internal and external partners) 
• Self-motivated, positive attitude with a resolution focused attitude and ability to solve complex problems independently 
• Must be able to work in a very fast paced team environment and ‘pitch in’ as needed 
• Have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, highly organized, be extremely detailed oriented and meet deadlines in an error free manner 
• Exceptional ability to work in a cross functional, collaborative working environment with marketing, agency and technology partners
