Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, and creative with a passion for fashion a plus.  The digital marketing manager will be the lead driver in the execution of all digital channels including retail website and social media outlets.  He/She should be socially savvy with expert knowledge of key social platforms and analytical tools that turn data into actionable insights and sales.

Note: this client is looking for someone excited about working in the wild world of socks, loves fashion and keeps up with pop culture. As long as the candidate has a digital marketing foundation, it's okay to not check every box!

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and consistently upgrade the website. Integrate our Corp and Ecom site into one site only.

  • Develop and test web design changes to increase conversions (SEO, A/B testing).

  • Produce strategy to create valuable and engaging content for our websites and attract and convert target customers.

  • Work in conjunction with the Art Department to develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

  • Effectively measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

  • Strategize, implement and increase our social media presence. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more.

  • Oversee a portion of our marketing budget. Allocate/invest funds wisely.


  • BS degree in marketing or a related field.

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing.

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences in all social media outlets.

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, heat maps, A/B testing apps)

  • Solid knowledge of content management systems (Shopify, Word Press) and creating sales funnels.

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Adwords and Google shopping ad campaigns.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and able to make sense of metrics.

  • An eye for fashion, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, concepts, strategies and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs in an ecommerce environment.
