If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, lead implementation, track and optimize our digital marketing initiatives across all digital channels. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools, trends, and strategies, as well as a proven track record in delivering digital initiatives against measurable KPIs. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team, executive stakeholders, internal teams (such as developers, designers, etc.), and external vendors to manage all digital marketing efforts.


  • Manage marketing campaign strategy and planning, content development, and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels

  • Plan and lead execution of all SEO, email, social, content, PPC, and display advertising campaigns

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to senior leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign marketing efforts and budget allocations based on the insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute, and measure messaging, creative design, audience, and conversion tests

  • Optimize conversion funnels

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Provide timely status updates to senior leadership and project stakeholders

  • Collaborate with and manage agency and vendor relationships on execution of digital campaigns

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Budgetary planning and management


  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field

  • Proven work experience in digital marketing (Junior = 1-3 years, Manager = 3-6 years, Director = 7+ years)

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social, and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and developing targeted, multi-touch digital campaigns with relevant CTAs

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing

  • Experience with marketing technologies including Marketing Automation/Email Marketing, CRM, CMS, Web Analytics

  • Experience creating, optimizing, and reporting for Google Adwords campaigns

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
