** It is important you have a 1 month notice period, please do not apply if you have a notice period of more than one month.

My client is an exciting fintech start up company with an extremely strong team of more than 60 employees across 45 different countries. Their service is fixed on making international money transfer a seamless and straightforward practice for everyone involved, removing the drawn out process that consumers have become accustom to.

As they are going through an exciting growth period and are looking to double their team in size, they are currently looking to bring a Digital Marketing Manager to really hit the ground running and elevate them to another level.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll be tasked with managing and growing performance across a variety of platforms specifically targeting European markets. Projects will include such as PPC, Social, Display and Affiliate networks however PPC will be the key focus.

This will be an extremely hands on role where you should be used to optimization and automation of data, managing marketing budgets, forecasting return on investment, testing new strategies for different channels and working closely with like minded marketers to ensure these channels are closely aligned.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be managing relationships with vendors, marketing partners and working on integrated campaigns across offline and online to really drive marketing activity and performance within the business.

This is a forward thinking role so you should also be thinking about and identifying areas for growth and optimization as well as reporting, tracking and monitoring data using analytics tools which will help you draw together stronger conclusions.

Specifically, if you have worked with E-Commerce or Technology clients this will be an extremely transferrable role as projects will be exciting and hands on, allowing you to use your previous marketing knowledge to really drive these projects to completion.

  • Experience reporting, tracking and handling analytics on campaign findings
