Digital Marketing Manager

This established, successful company offers a great opportunity for an experienced digital project manager who enjoys diversity and taking ownership. It's an exciting growth period for the organisation and this role will act as a pivotal cog within the marketing team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • The purpose of this role is to lead digital projects, including defining and executing digital strategy
  • Mentoring and developing an Automation & Analytics Specialist
  • Project managing website developments with a key focus on SEO, UX and optimising website conversion
  • In conjunction with the GM Marketing you will:
  • Develop digital strategy including SEO, SEM and re-marketing to drive conversion and improve ROI
  • Launch & Manage the Social Media Strategy
  • Define and develop the digital reporting framework
  • Act as the custodian of the website CMS, ensuring best practice
  • Scope projects, brief external agencies and ensure delivery
  • End-to-end management of all digital campaigns and initiatives including strategy, design, implementation, reporting and optimisation across all channels, to timelines and on budget
  • Mange the digital budget and act as a brand champion

Essential Skills / Experience required:

  • Ideally a minimum of five years digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience in funnel analysis and best practice approach to website conversion, UX and A/B testing
  • Competent in SEO and SEM Strategy best practice
  • Exception digital project management expertise
  • Experience in marketing automation alongside digital metric reporting and analysis
  • Passionate hands-on team player who keeps up to date with emerging tools and technologies
