Digital Marketing Manager

Our client as built an incredibly well known print brand, and are now looking to bring it to life in digital form. The ideal candidate is a fearless, calculated risk taking self-starter with the ability to make insight based decisions and solve problems in a quick moving space. In addition to a deep understanding of SEO, social analytics and audience development, cross-departmental collaboration skills will be essential to success in this role. You'll have the chance to work with the Brand, Design, Video and Editorial teams, so you’ll need to have your finger on the pulse of both what’s happening in the world of digital marketing and OWN IT!

Responsibilities
-Managing and supervising Digital team
-Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
-Design, build and maintain social media presence
-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
-Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
-Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
-Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
-Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
-Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
