Due to rapid growth a new position of Digital Marketing Manager
has been created within a dynamic team.

This exciting job allows you to set the digital strategy and drive it globally, implement ecommerce, CRM and loyalty programmes, run a team and innovate the business.

As Digital Marketing Manager your job will be to:
• Plan and execute all web, SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for the brand that will enhance image and position within the market place. 

• Work with the Management Team to drive all new and creative growth strategies to enhance and cement the brand as leaders in this channel and QSR sector. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience and customise the website for national campaigns/activation. 

• Coordinate media interest in the organisation and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media 
requests. 

• Ensure market research is coordinated and monitored for trends. 

• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customers touch points. 

• Evaluate emerging technologies. 

• Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for digital marketing, communications and public relations programs to monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. 

• Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of all digital marketing and 
communications. 

• Ensure the philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent in all digital marketing, communications and public relations. 


To be considered for this great job you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or similar qualification, preferred. 

• At least 5 years working in a similar or comparable role. 

• Strategic and highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate customers. 

• Strong social media and content generation experience to build on and maintain social media presence. 

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. 

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising 
campaigns. 

• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels. 

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.

• Demonstrate a passion for excellence and a drive for results.
