Digital Marketing Manager

Our client an established F100 financial services co. is looking for a strong Marketing Manager to join their team.

Long term contract: 1 year, 40 hours/ week, W2

Are you a professional who enjoys engaging clients to leverage data in support of their decision making? Do you like to analyze and/or prioritize A/B and multivariate testing efforts?

The Digital Marketing Manager, A/B Testing will help build trust and execute an understanding of technical objectives, support internal resource plans and web/app testing processes.
We want to speak to people who know how to set a strategic plan and execute web/app testing optimizations, email marketing campaign tests, and other marketing optimizations for our clients.

What you will do
• Collaborate with clients to formulate measurable experiment strategies for optimizations on web, mobile apps, email marketing campaigns, & paid search while evolving business and testing objectives
• Reinforce your optimization plans and results with data: analyze conversion rates, behavioral data, demographic data, and more using digital analytics tools
• Demonstrate a level of comfortability with HTML (highly technical implementation will be done by engineer) to perform Quality Assurance on tests
• Establish client roadmaps for ongoing optimization testing to drive continuous conversion rate improvements
• Lead, analyze and present learning and recommendations on client test plans
• Evaluate pages and recommend tests that will lift conversion rates and/or help meet clients revenue/business goals
• Ensure SLAs are met, participate in intake evaluation, send communications and generally support the overall process.
• Launch experiments when all prerequisites are met.
• Assemble basic KPIs on active experiments, and approved experiments.

Flex your skills using
• Digital Analytics platforms expertise
• CRO, MVT and A/B testing tools: Maxymiser
• Excel, with extensive function usage

General Qualifications
• Motivated, passionate, ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Quick learner and a self-starter
• Familiarity with differentiation, persuasion, marketing optimization, usability metrics and related statistical concepts
• Experience with Web Analytics tools
• Hands-on experience with HTML; Website development/design experience; CSS, and JavaScript
• This position will be client-facing, therefore applicants should be comfortable speaking publicly, creating presentations and thinking on their feet.

Desirable Qualifications
• Strong technology base, with awareness of developing trends
• Experience planning, developing and executing website/app Personalization using tools such as Maxymiser
• BS/BA in marketing, finance, mathematics, economics, English, journalism, or psychology preferred
• Proficient knowledge of MVT and A/B testing, web design,
• Proficient knowledge of UX, paid search, email marketing, and display marketing
• Code: HTML/CSS and JavaScript
