Our amazing and beautiful jewelry client, located in Culver City, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager w. fashion or eCommerce experience, for a contract to hire position. The position pays $75K/YR.

Your Main End Deliverables:
- Managing email newsletter calendars for 2 sites
- Full SEO audit and implementation
- Managing digital agencies
- Overseeing all digital marketing campaigns and making sure they coincide with the goals(looking at the business and where to spend money, where are we losing customers?)
- Would also manage amazon media buys and campaigns.


Official Job Description:
• Run ROI-driven performance marketing campaigns across all direct response channels including, but not limited to: SEM, SEO, email, and prospecting.
• Expound and execute upon the editorial calendar and seasonal cadence of product launches
• Develop workflow processes for project execution within project management platform and beyond
• Perform campaign analysis, generate insights and recommend actionable optimizations. Use data, consumer insights, and business intuition to assist in the development of breakthrough marketing ideas and programs
• Manage all cross functional marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to create actionable data-driven strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr and on-site blog
• Organize deployment of all wholesale and retail email marketing emails and pull data analysis to make week over week recommendations
• Stay abreast on industry trends and making strategic suggestions for digital channel growth
• Mange paid digital marketing budget and campaign pacing
• Manage relationships with outside partners and agencies for website development, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Search and email marketing
• Assist in the implementation and day-to-day management of our wholesale content site, Joor
• Manage digital campaigns with all wholesale partners in line with marketing plans
• Elicits two-way communication with internal customers to maximize focus and efficiency of marketing efforts in the digital space
• Partner with Director of Marketing, Front-End Developer and E-Commerce Manager to make SEO suggestions and monitor successful implementation
• Design processes to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
• Proven understanding of KPIs to optimize digital performance and ensure the strength of overarching campaigns
